Residential Projects: Interior & Exterior
During your in-home meeting, you can clarify your expectations of the the job and have the painter set appropriate expectations on his or her end as well. If you want the painter to show up at an exact time every day, or if you need them to leave at a certain time, see how your schedule requirements might impact the completion time.
We will break down the cost with as much detail as possible so you understand where your money is going.
We account for prep time, supplies, high ceilings, difficult access points, and number of people working. Using expensive paints, high-pigment paints, or specialty paints usually increases the cost. Staining wood trim, doors, or moulding may also have a different price as there are more steps in the process and it’s a more difficult application job. We are happy to talk through potential unexpected costs that may throw off your budget.
Get an in-home estimate
Our director of Sales will provide a free in-home estimate. During this evaluation, he might spot water damage or peeling paint, indicating a larger issue that paint won’t hide. A quality painter will help point out why certain parts of the project might be more expensive and can even talk through the repair process if it’s necessary.
